Sequential Change
  • The most natural way to change the four blades in a "Hesketh 4x4" is achieved by moving the part worn front blades to become the back blades and fitting new front blades in their place. The action sequence for this change is practically the same as for normal blade changes. Simply click the pair of cartridges into the cartridge holder and then move forward by one cartridge place, picking a new front cartridge and the previous front cartridge as you go along. What could be easier? This is shown in the shot sequence below.

  • The purists may use the "Swap over" technique because it gives slightly more razor life from a pack of cartridges, but for the rest of us I guess we'll stick to the sequential change.
